Diana Jiménez-Camacho, Esq.

Diana Jiménez-Camacho is a bilingual immigration attorney from Puerto Rico, of Mexican heritage, who has devoted her career to humanitarian immigration law. The proud daughter of an immigrant, she brings cultural competency, empathy, and a trauma-informed approach to every client she represents, guided by a deep commitment to justice, human rights, and the immigrant communities she serves.

Her practice concentrates on some of the most complex and sensitive humanitarian matters, including VAWA self-petitions, T visas, U visas, asylum, family-based petitions, waivers, naturalization, removal defense, humanitarian relief, and cases involving detained clients. Fluent in English and Spanish, she represents individuals and families with care and rigor at every stage of the process.

Ms. Jiménez-Camacho earned her Juris Doctor from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus. She is admitted to practice in Puerto Rico and before the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, and she is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), including its South Florida, Central Florida, Washington State, and Puerto Rico chapters. A proud Latina, she is passionate about empowering immigrant communities through compassionate representation, education, and advocacy, grounded in the belief that immigration attorneys hold their clients' lives and freedoms in their hands and, through that work, can change lives.
