Jeremy Torres is an immigration attorney licensed in New York, North Carolina, and South Carolina whose practice centers on complex humanitarian and family-based immigration. He represents individuals and families nationwide in VAWA petitions, asylum, removal defense, waivers, adjustment of status, and humanitarian relief, with deep experience handling RFEs, NOIDs, motions, and appeals.
