Immigration Solutions Law Group, PLLC ("the Firm") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the rights you may have.
Information we collect
We collect the information you give us directly through our intake, contact, and Form G-28 forms, and when you schedule a consultation. This may include your name, contact details, immigration information, and the details you share about your case. We may also collect basic technical usage data about the site.
How we use your information
We use your information to evaluate your case, communicate with you, provide legal services if you retain us, and meet our legal and ethical obligations. We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers (for example, our client-relationship management system and our signing platform) only to operate this site and handle your request.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, the Firm may send you text messages about your inquiry and case, such as appointment and consultation reminders, scheduling, and case-status updates. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving any legal service.
Mobile information and text-messaging opt-in are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile opt-in data or consent obtained through our text-messaging program is shared with any third party for its marketing. We may share data only with service providers who help us operate this site and deliver messages (for example, our messaging provider and client-relationship management system), solely to perform services on our behalf and under obligations of confidentiality.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the Firm. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and reply HELP for help. For full program details, see our SMS Terms.
Confidentiality
Information you send through this site before we sign an engagement agreement is not protected by the attorney–client privilege. Please do not send highly confidential information until we have spoken.
Retention
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described and as required by our professional and legal obligations.
Your rights (California residents)
If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you rights to know, delete, and correct your personal information, to opt out of its "sale" or "sharing" (which we do not do), to limit the use of sensitive information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
