These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text-messaging program of Immigration Solutions Law Group, PLLC ("the Firm"). By opting in, you agree to these terms.

Program description

The Firm's text-messaging program sends messages to clients and prospective clients about their inquiries and cases, including appointment and consultation reminders, scheduling, case-status updates, and responses to requests you make. Message content relates to your matter and your interactions with the Firm.

You may opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages when you contact the Firm, submit a form on this website, or otherwise request text communication. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any legal service.

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with the Firm and the status of your matter.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier's plan. The Firm does not charge for these messages, but your carrier's standard rates may apply.

Cancellation (opt out)

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further text messages unless you opt in again. You may opt back in at any time by contacting the Firm.

Carrier disclaimer
