A free 15-minute call with our intake team. We’ll learn what’s going on and work out which attorney fits your case — then book you in with them. If you have never consulted us before, that attorney consultation is free as well.
Detained, or a hearing in the next few days? Call (786) 352-8647 instead. We keep a place in the schedule every day for urgent matters — please don’t wait for an online slot.
What to expect
- This call is with our intake team, not an attorney. It’s how we make sure you see the right attorney the first time.
- It’s free, and it takes about fifteen minutes.
- New clients get one free consultation with an attorney — one per client, not one per case. If you have consulted us before, a further consultation carries a fee, and we’ll tell you the amount before anything is booked.
- Have your documents nearby if you have them — court notices, USCIS notices, your passport, anything already filed.
- Tell us if you need an interpreter and we’ll arrange one.
If you can’t make it, tell us 24 hours ahead. With at least 24 hours’ notice we’ll move your appointment at no charge. With less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you don’t attend, there is a $50 fee to reschedule, and a second missed appointment means a $250 consultation fee before we schedule again.
